If you like things more sweet, add more stevia or cocoa (or both!). If you like things less sweet, add less.

Skinny Soy Hot Cocoa


  • 1 cup soy milk, light original
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1.5 tsp stevia
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Pour soy milk in microwaveable bowl or cup. If using the stove, place in a small sauce pan.
  2. Add the cocoa powder, stevia, and vanilla extract and mix well with a whisk.
  3. Once mixed, heat until warm (about 1-3 minutes depending on method). Be careful not to over heat.
