Healthy 4-Ingredient Banana Pancakes

My early weekday mornings usually consist of either a protein and fruit packed smoothie, or a big bowl of hearty cereal. However, on the weekends I love to treat myself to something a bit more decadent, like some sweet and delicious homemade pancakes.

Warm and fluffy pancakes topped with peanut butter, sliced banana’s and blueberries, along with a drizzle of pure maple syrup is truly A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. In fact, I am drooling even thinking about it… It’s like the perfect combination of sweet and salty.

As an added bonus, these Healthy 4-Ingredient Banana Pancakes also happen to be gluten free, low FODMAP, and low in fat, while being a good source of fiber.

  1. Yes to the baking powder!! Love these healthy pancake recipes but just the egg banana & oats doesn’t give the right texture. Glad you published this one 🙂 Food should taste good AND have good texture!
